My email address was hacked last Dec so i got new address and went around changing, no problems except for Virgin media. i ended up with a secondary account and unable to access primary as i no longer have that email, the help system is pretty bad with no phone system can't find chat and just get thrown around in circles.
How do I remove secondary and return to primary as I wish to change my package, any assist appreciated.
