I hope somebody can help because this is driving me mad!
We have two email address associated with the account, mine is fine but for whatever reason I cannot get any email with my wife's email address to come in to the inbox.
I have sent various test emails & her email address is listed under 'manage accounts', I even reset the password but I cannot access any emails that may have been sent to this address
There must be something simple to do to activate the second email into our main inbox.
