Second email address not arriving in my inbox

I hope somebody can help because this is driving me mad!

We have two email address associated with the account, mine is fine but for whatever reason I cannot get any email with my wife's email address to come in to the inbox.

I have sent various test emails & her email address is listed under 'manage accounts', I even reset the password but I cannot access any emails that may have been sent to this address

There must be something simple to do to activate the second email into our main inbox.

HELP!

Many thanks. I had tried that before but I must have been using the wrong password. Password reset and it worked this time. Thank you for steering me back towards this as I had given up.
