I've recently received emails which look like authentic VM saying there is a new service for viewing my 'usage statement'. It has a link with an address that includes VM and asks to sign in with my email address and password. I've not signed in and don't intend to. Is it a scam to get my email login? Scanning the email header it seems to come from a mail server in the Netherlands.
The email server is based in the Netherlands for the virginmedia emails, if it the best bits email then is a genuine email from Virginmedia and replaces the old paper copy that some people use to receive.
I'm a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share knowledge, I don't work for Virgin Media. Learn more
