2 problems with SPAM filter in Webmail

E-mail in my SPAM folder I mark as <not SPAM> moves to my in-box and then immediately sent back to SPAM

If I switch off or change SPAM settings this change is not retained meaning I am locked in the above loop

If you are referring to newly received emails that are similar to those previous marked as not spam then this is expected behaviour, see highlighted text below:

I want to train it to not treat it as SPAM and the SPAM filter seems to override any filter I put on to "rescue" an incoming e-mail. Alternatively I would switch off the SPAM filter.or change its action but the SPAM filters will not retain

Does not help

Thanks for getting back to us @gcorner on the forums.

May I ask what has happened when you tried the above advice?
Was an error occurred or does the same thing happen?

Kind regards,
Ilyas.
