SMTP blocked

Hi

Im trying to setupp my SMTP to allow me to test emails sent from website that Im developing on localhost using wampo server.

Checked the ports that comes back as blocked.

How can I get them unblocked or find a workaround please, any help welcome

AFAIK only the following ports are blocked by Virgin Media: 135, 137, 138, 139, read more here How to enhance your Wifi Security | Virgin Media Help

Should further help be needed then please provide detail of blocked ports and (redacted) error message seen.
