Help!

I was sorting out some emails and deleted a folder I thought was empty but it seems to have deleted a whole lot of other folders that were not that are lots of important emails I need to keep - perhaps linked underneath it within an "email tree"

I deleted the folder via my iphone email setup. I have logged onto virgin email online and also not there anymore. They all seem to have completely vanished automatically rather than gone into any deleted/archive folder.

Is there any way to restore entire deleted email folders?!?!

Regrettably no and whilst the confirmation message shown before deletion does state:

it is not as clearer warning as that given when using macOS Mail:

NB: regardless of email service the content would not have been recoverable.

Have you checked that there are no Time Machine and/or iCloud backup of Mail?
