Resetting password for Virgin Media and ntlworld.com accounts
Passwords for VM and ntlworld.com email accounts have become scrambled somehow via a password saver between devices (laptop/phone/tablet) and can no longer access on any device and don't know security question answer also.
For the VM account I can get as far as inputting the account number and area code which I have and I think the correct amount of the last DD but the last bill itself is in the ntlworld.account and I have not been able to guess correctly the billing date so unable to progress.
I can get into virgin mobile account ok as have been able to reset. I texted the query on Sunday but no response as yet.
