I am trying to reset a secondary email address password but however I try to amend my details I keep getting the message "oops something went wrong our side"
Can anyone help or provide a telephone number to contact support? Thanks

This is certainly something we can help with although we will need to pass data protection with your first. Thanks for coming back to me via private message.
There isn't a way to pay a fee for the service. You would need to have an active Virgin Media broadband service.
