Hi, I have two old virgin.net accounts that I've not used for ages, and I'd like to delete them. They've been dormant for a while but I've just started getting malicious spam so would like to stop this and remove the email accounts.

I gather from previous posts that a member of the Virgin Media team will contact me to arrange this - does anyone know if that is that still correct, or if I should try a different route to arrange deletion?
