Request Old Auto Forwarding rules

Yesterday i received an email saying my account had been closed as i had an auto forwarding rule set up by a third party ( all the way back in Feb 2019!!).

My account had been compromised then and i believe there may had been other rules set up other than the one mentioned in yesterdays email, however Virgin stated in the email that all rules had now been deleted as part of their handling of finding this rule.

Is it possible for me to see all of the previous Auto Forwarding Rules pre-deletion yesterday so i can know what emails have been sent?

An auto-forward rule can only be setup from within webmail (AFAIK). What is the sender's email address?
