I have lost my phone and possibly someone else has access to it. I have changed my password for VM e-mail.
On a different (non VM) e-mail account that I have, I access via 1and1-IONOS, the webmail interface is identical (ox), but it has an option to remotely log off other devices from the e-mail account. That does not appear on the VM webmail.
How can I do this from Virgin Media? so as to be sure no one else can access my e-mails.

Hi Carley
I see you "have been advised" by someone who didn't read my original post, which clearly says
1) I already changed my e-mail password
2) the "option to sign out of active sessions" does not appear.
As I mentioned, the OX e-mail software used by VM is widely used by other providers, and for example IONOS does offer that menu option. As 用心棒 says, the VM menu does not.
I don't know if the forum accepts screenshots, else I could attach images of both menus, one with and one without.

Just to clarify that, the previous version of VM webmail did offer the option to Quit (sign out of) other sessions. I have an old screen shot of that here:
However the latest version of VM Webmail no longer offers that option,
The "Sign out" option only closes that specific session. Any other sessions that are open, for example on other devices remain open. That means a hacker could still access the email account and make changes to it.
As @用心棒 has pointed out there have been what appear to examples of this elsewhere on the forum.

Given the lack of activity on this thread it would not be unfair to conclude:

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you @johnwn
We have had a look into this for you. Besides changing your password and setting up auto-log-out, there isn't currently a way to log out of other devices remotely. Just to clarify, have you seen some strange activity in your email box? Have you tried wiping your lost device remotely?
Thanks,
