So I've just signed up to Virgin Media, appointment for install is booked and that's all going fine. I've just tried to register for My Virgin Media and checked to create an @virginmedia.com account and for paperless billing to be directed there.
I'm now stuck in a loop of:
>asked to confirm my email (by clicking on a link it has sent to my @virginmedia.com account, which I'm trying to sign in to) or to change my username
I obviously can't confirm my email from this link as I can't sign into my account!! I've changed my username and tried again and I'm still stuck in this loop.
Honestly not the best first impression of Virgin Media.
