I have accidentally deleted my wife's email account from our account. It is still live & forwarding on mail, as it was set up to do, but not showing up & cannot be logged into.
Virgin Media help desk state it cannot be recovered. Is this correct? Surely there must be a way of restoring it?

Sorry to hear that this has happened, I will get in touch with our IT team and see if this is possible to have the email returned to service, this could take upto a week to be resolved.
I will need to send over a private message, so that we can clear account security and confirm the email address that you need to get back.
