Recovering an additional email address

I have an additional @ntlworld.com account which hasn't been used for some time and for which the password has been forgotten, but I would like to regain access to it if possible.

If I log into the main Virgin Media account and click to "Manage other My Virgin Media accounts" then I see the other @ntlworld.com account listed; but the only option I have here is to delete the account.

If I try to reset the password of the additional account via My Virgin Media then it says "You can’t reset your password online right now, as you don’t have additional details set up on your account." and it wants me to phone support.

Is this something anyone here can assist with, or is the only option to get in contact with support directly?
