Sorry to hear that your account has been hacked, are you currently an active Virgin Media customer? The reason I ask is that if you're no longer a customer, we cannot recover the email address as this should have been removed 90 days after you disconnected your service with us but sometimes the address can get missed and remain open. In this case we cannot recover your email address and the only option would be to get the account removed from our servers.
