Receiving emails

I am not receiving emails from a certain email address. I have checked with the sender and my profile states I should be getting emails. I have checked my spam folder. I have checked my blacklist and the email address is not on the list. I would be grateful if anyone can help

Have you checked your VM webmail account to see if any rogue filters have been set up?

If that is not the case then it likely means that the emails are being captured and blocked by VM due to not complying with their anti spam policies.

Is the sender receiving any non delivery messages?

I have checked for rogue filters and there are none. The sender has not reported any undeliverable emails.

Please can you get the sender to send the same email to a non virgin media email and ask them for the "full email header"

Hi tonypick, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the emails. Can you confirm if this is still the case?! Does it send to another email address at all as this has come from and to the same ^Chris
