My phone gets them as imap and my computer gets them as pop. Am told this is how it should be. I was getting 2 of every email on my computer and on the Virgin media but just one of each on my phone.
I followed the link - settings etc I went into the filter. It showed an autoforward to my email address. So I deleted that. It appears to have worked since I made that changes - at least for the last 30 minutes. I have no idea how it got changed in the first place.
