Received 'successfully changed password' email on Blueyonder!

On our wavelength

I couldn't access emails on my phones app, so logged in using a browser and saw that I received a 'you've successfully changed your password' email that I did not request. I couldn't change the password again using my phone as the tool wouldn't acknowledge my email, but I eventually changed it on a PC. I can see no emails in my sent folder but I assume if I've been hacked the hacker would delete them. Do I have to wait to see if something occurs or can Virgin Media work out what has actually happened?

Hi leonjamos,

Thank you for your post. I'm very sorry for our delayed response and to hear that your email password has been changed without your knowledge and you're unable to see any emails in your sent folder. Do you have a 'deleted' folder? It's possible that they're stored there for now so you can retrieve them.

Let us know
