Re: recovering old virgin.net email

if you are not a VM customer you can;t get access back.

All VM can do is make sure the email is deleted.
It should of been deleted 90 days after you left. It shouldn't even be on the server anymore

Was this Instagram responding to a support request; What can I do if I've lost access to the email or phone number I signed up with on Instagram?

As a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share my knowledge. I don't work for Virgin Media.

Re: recovering old virgin.net email

Hi Ceril92,

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear of the email. If it's active on Mailtester, I can potentially try and enable the mailbox, however I will set your expectation that it's more than likely going to not work and thus @Anonymous is right and all we can do is delete the mailbox.

I'll PM you now to get the details to double check everything.

Kind regards,
