Hi, I'm also having trouble reaching the Email section of the Virgin Media website, I'm able to sign in and view my account, but when I try to view my emails it gives the same message that others are experiencing.

Provided the email address is correctly linked to your Virgin media broadband account the Forum Team should be able to get it unlocked.
If it is an orphaned account resolution will be more complex.
