I have had this "Mailbox unavailable message try again in an hour " for three days now, Changed passwords (Twice) via my profiles on the my virgin media page still no joy .Spent an hour on the phone to a call center where the chap reset my password again and (with my permission) tried to access my mailbox but received the same error message - said I'll raise a ticket and it'll be fixed in 24 hours .. Alas still no joy does this need a higher level intervention? Having no mailbox makes any resetting links useless .. What do I do next..
