I have had this "Mailbox unavailable message try again in an hour " for three days now, Changed passwords (Twice) via my profiles on the my virgin media page  still no joy .Spent an hour on the phone to a call center where the chap reset my password again and (with my permission) tried to access my mailbox but received the same error message - said I'll raise a ticket and it'll be fixed in 24 hours .. Alas still no joy does this need a higher level intervention? Having no mailbox makes any resetting links useless .. What do I do next..

Sorry to hear your mailbox is still locked

Thanks for those details 

I have requested for this email to be enabled asap 

It can only take a few hours at the very most 

It is important though to change your password to one you have never used before 

Can you try over the course of the day please
