Hi can you re enable my email account pls?

hi is there an issue with virginmedia mail. No emails are coming through and when I log into my account online, the mail page returns an error “page not found” to try to resolve or view email within the account? Also your live chat doesn’t work. Been like it 3 days now????

Virgin Media email is working fine for with Outlook, Thunderbird and the VM webmail service and VM do not seem to be reporting a problem.

You say that "No emails are coming through" presumably you mean into your email app of client?

As far as your VM Webmail (online ) account is concerned, you say "mail page returns an error “page not found”" so are you actually able to sign in to the account but cannot get to the emails or can you not even get past the signin page?

I am not a Virgin Media employee but a couple of ideas for you:

  1. Do you still get that error when you try signing in to your VM Webmail account from this link  https://mail2.virginmedia.com/  ? The reason I ask is that perhaps you are using an old bookmark for the VM signin page. Try that link just in case.
  2. On the other hand, if you are seeing that error once you have signed  into your account I would try signing in from a Private or Incognito window in your browser. The reason I suggest that is the private/incognito feature in browsers do not use the cookies stored in the browser. So if you can access the account ok from a private/incognito window it shows there is a corrupt cookie in your browser. YOu can thne reslove that by deleting al VM cookies from your browser. Here's how to access private/incognito in the major browsers https://www.computerworld.com/article/how-to-go-incognito-in-chrome-firefox-safari-and-edge
