We are starting to get this problem regularly. Both our blueyonder emails were down yesterday and the main account holder has been down for over 36 hours despite a password change. This is nothing to do with security. Or if it is it is from the Virgin end of it.
Would someone from VM do something about this. I have been a customer for years and am at the end of my tether. We need our main email account back urgently...

Just to clarify - this is the message we get:
"Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.
If the problem continues, please call our team for help on 150 from a Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select option 2. My apologies for the email issue. This should now be resolved.
If not, please do run malware scans on all devices, then do a password reset to something new, unique and never used before. Leave it 30 minutes before attempting to sign in.
