I'm also having the same issue, for the last two days (since 11 August, 2021).
'Help - "Your mailbox is not available at the moment."'
I have two 'virgin.net' e-mail addresses.
One is working just fine, and the other has been inaccessible for the last two days.
Password resetting does not work. Clearing the cache and removing the account from my computer (prior to reconfiguring), also does not work.
