I cannot access my blueyonder email.

When trying to access it throught My Virgin media I am being told it is not available at the moment.  When I try and get it on my mobile device I am being told "sign in failed"

It would appear more and more of us are coming onto the forum for assistance with this issue.

I've been unable to access mine for 11 days now...

I have re-enabled both of your email accounts, please can you try to log into the account again and let me know, how it goes?

Thanks for trying but still can’t get in I’m afraid.

Cannot believe that after 13 days, hours of wasted time on hold, continually having to explain the problem when you do get through, high priority IT ticket raised, call back promises that never happen and having to read ridiculous responses from ‘VIP’ members saying that the email service is just an ‘added bonus’ and can be removed at anytime (!) that this still isn’t resolved.......
