Hi,

I have the same issue. I called three days ago and I was told I would receive a text message ton confirm a ticket had been raised, and then a further one when my issue was resolved. I have received neither so I am reaching out here. I need this resolved ASAP, please.

It has not been. I received an initial private message and after replying received no further messages. I have since sent two further messages - both with no reply as of yet.

Thanks for the reply. The Forum Team are very busy currently and unfortunately some messages seem to slip through the net.

I will flag this thread to them for an update, but being a holiday weekend can't guess when they will respond.
