I have a similar problem. Secondary account is fine on the web but I can't access my primary account. Email password and account name is not being recognised by Apple Mail. So no email coming in. With no one on the telephones just now, so  its difficult to get any response as to whether this is a hack or a technical issue.

I think it's a tech issue. I've been having the same issue with my email. It has been transferred to the tech department.

Has your issue been sorted? Mine has been sent to the IT department and nothing has happened so far.
