I've been stuck, with no progress, on your live chat since 10.30. I have tried to ring the actual number and need my email access to continue with important work matters. I have the same experience as the other fella. Can someone please sort this!

You should be able to change the password either via My Virgin Media:
Sign in to My Virgin Media, go to My Profile and/or Manage Accounts depending on whether the account concerned is your primary account or an additional one. Select the account concerned and then click on Change to the right of password if a primary account or View/Change then change to the right of password for secondary accounts.

In what way is this solved? Im worried this will be ignored. I have directly messaged Jodi and apparently that's not allowed. The title of the thing now has solved in so I'm worried everyone who can help will ignore it.
This is not solved and still an issue. Been back on to the messenger this morning to try and get help. Directed me to the phones. They don't answer.
