This is a Community Forum so in most cases the first responders are VM customers like me.

If you can confirm that you are a VM broadband customer one the Forum Team (VM employees) may be able to help you. Sadly, if you are not a paying VM customer they will be severely limited in what they can do to help.

One of the Forum Team will contact you via this thread in the next day or so.

By the way, if your are interested, here is a post from a long time Forum poster that explains the background to cases such as yours. https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Email/Orphan-Email-accounts

Hi andrewharris202,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community.

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue accessing your emails. Depending on whether you're an active Virgin Media broadband customer or not will depend on whether we can regain access for you.

We can certainly check this out for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.

I have sent you a private message regarding this. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.

Thanks,
