Having trouble getting at my @blueyonder.co.uk email - it reports -ERR [AUTH]

I've texted the number you suggested but don't seem to be getting anywhere.

I rang & reported the error yesterday but they said it would take a week to fix. I have no confidence that anything will happen as I wasn't even given the ticket  number.

I really cannot wait a week to get this sorted, I pay a lot of money to Virgin for this service - can someone please help?

Hi Keith.

You are wasting your time.

They are not fixing anything, and to be fair, I doubt that you pay VM a lot of money for it. 

Email is a small part of what you are paying for, Internet access and TV/Phones are a bigger part.

Nope - I pay for the internet access - part of that is the email, I expect a sensible level of support.

They are costing me money!!!!

It's only this email that's having problems - the others all work. 

I've texted the number you suggested but don't seem to be getting anywhere, they ended up asking me to call the help folks.

I rang & reported the error yesterday but they said it would take a week to fix.

Keith.

If you NEED email that works, you should not use the free email that comes with internet for a TV Company.

Any business critical service should be properly supported.

Get a domain name, host it with a reputable company and use Office 365 for your email.

Keith, we are currently trying to fix a similar issue for a client.

If you need email, you need to change to proper email asap. I don't see this VirginMedia thing getting better any time soon.
