I have had the same issue the last few days.
I tried to reset many times but the new password doesn't failing portal and email sign in.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing similar issues to the one in this post.
When you have reset your password has this failed before completing or is the new password just not working when you login?
The new one wouldn't work.
I sorted the issue soon after by launching the browser as a "desktop" in my mobile and managed to reset it successfully.
