I have the same issue and I have contacted 150 and they reset the account and it worked for a day now the same thign for the past two days. I am told tech are lookinginto it but it can take up to 30 days! I have under 150 giudence changed by password about 8 times!!!

8! Blimey. I only changed mine twice and that was enough to irritate me.
