Sorry to hear that your email has not be deactivated. Just to confirm, do you have an active service with us? If so, is this email attached to the account at all?
non the account was inactivated in 2018 but I’ve still had a few emails come in to my blueyonder email address, so I’m not sure how that’s happening!
