I have exactly the same problem, no access to my NTL email which has been going on for over a month now. I have spent hours and hours on the phone just being told to reset my password or that "IT are looking into it". Both clearly are achieving nothing and the communication has been dire. What on earth am I meant to do to get access to my emails?
Thank you for your prompt reply, I think after digging through this forum I have managed to sort it with changing the username/email. Odd that IT support did not suggest it and just kept saying they needed to investigate.
