I am also having this problem, have been unable to access my virgin media email from phone or laptop for several days now, despite attempting password reset. I get the same error message "mailbox unavailable". Mine is a secondary account, and the primary account and other secondary accounts for the rest of my family appear to be unaffected. Please help?
