I've had this issue for over 2 weeks now, and despite several attempts to speak to support I've unceremoniously dumped after being on hold for an hour on 3 separate occasions. I know mail is not exactly the top of the priority list with problems, but in the modern world you can't function without it.
Tried the various options mentioned in this thread without any luck, but obviously the resolution to this problem is outside of a customers control. For all I know my account might have been hacked.
Can anybody at Virgin look into this for me please? 2 weeks and counting without mail is unacceptable in 2021.
