Re: Lost access to linked email account

The last time I was a broadband customer with you was more than a year ago. 

However I have an '' email account which is linked with my mum's email account and she has ongoing broadband with virgin. 

The account that I cannot access is a account which was linked to my ntlworld account at my request when I left as a broadband customer, so that it wouldn't be deleted as per the normal policy.

So as you can see it's ended up rather complicated as I have lost access to an account within an account, within an account. And the email account that I am trying to access doesn't exist independently of the other accounts.

I will be grateful for any help, thank you!

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Sorry to hear of the email issue however, it cannot be saved if it's not on an active account so apologies you were advised otherwise. The policy for the emails cannot be changed.
