After using IE6 to access my mail for many years, I'd been obliged a while ago to switch to using AVG's secure browser as a result of the product malfunctioning. All has been OK for some time, albeit response has been slow. However, the OX app suite login screen has now begun re-appearing. It's not preventing me from logging in as it's accepting my details. However, past experience with this issue tells me that at some point it will stop working. No amount of cache cleaning etc fixed the problem previously. What's the latest on this issue?

Specialised browsers can sometimes cause a website to not operate as expected and usual adding an exception rule fixes the issue. I am unfamiliar with:

Thanks for the reply. The issue has gone away again. This is what frustrates me about many issues in the PC environment. A problem appears and then goes away without any intervention from me. I have IE6, Chrome, Google and AVG browsers installed at the moment and Virgin email is only working satisfactorily using the AVG browser.

This recent issue went away of its own accord without my having to do anything.
Virgin Email has been slow to start up for some time and also it has been very slow to open a new message window. I've been able to live with this. However, yesterday I wasn't able to access my Email at all. I kept getting a message "oops we cannot find this site" I tried again this morning thinking this might have been an issue yesterday, but without success.
I eventually by sheer luck seem to have been able to access my mail from the main account menu. This product really is tiresome and although in the past I've had very good support from this team, the support from Virgin has been poor. Clearly I'm locked into Virgin Email as many of my contacts use my NTLWORLD mail address.
Any ideas as to why this new issue is occurring?

Thanks for the reply. I have used all the browsers I have and the problem persists. For the past few days, I've refrained from logging off to ensure I don't lose the connection. Only by sheer luck did I manage to make a connection. So at the moment I don't know if the problem persists.
