I have the exact same problem, have even set the third party address to Gmail and received an email asking to verify it but it just sends you round a loop and won't verify, have spoken to tech support twice and still unresolved...

Have you spoken to tech support? They tell me they are aware of the issue and are working on it but I've had to chase to get anywhere, it's so frustrating as surely it cant be that difficult to resolve the issue

Hey @Digby060,

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

If the team have raised an IT ticket for you as provide via the reference you have gave, this can take up to 5 working days to be resolved, they will be looking into getting this resolved as soon as they can for you and in some cases can be done sooner.

Thanks for your reply Joseph, I have now had several.days without access to my personal emails, this is extremely inconvenient as I have matters that need my attention via this channel

Thanks for an update to this. We understand the frustration and inconvenience this issue is causing for you. However, as mentioned by Joseph, any tickets that have been raised can take up to 5 working days to be resolved. At present, the ticket appears to be within this timeframe, so we would not be able to escalate it at this time.

Rest assured, our IT Teams will get this issue resolved as soon as they can.
