How do I delete hacked email account

I'm having the same problem, and can see that many others are too. I left the Uk and Virgin Media in 2018 and still have some activity using the old ntlworld email address  Can you help me delete the account? I am getting threatening/blackmailing emails

We're sorry to hear of the issues that brought you here and that your email account has been hacked, as you're a former customer this service should have been terminated 90 days after you disconnected however if there's still activity, we're happy to assist with deleting the email for you.
