Welcome to the Community.

The Forum Team work through posts in date order and will reach yours when it comes to the front of the queue.  Making repeated posts on the same issue will not get it dealt with any quicker. 

There are a lot of cases for the team to work through at the moment so there may be quite a wait I'm afraid.
