Email no longer accessible

Hi there,

When trying to sign in to my VM email account,

Ive just received a message saying i need to change my email address, is this Legit

I have just been on to check my email that I have had for over 20 years and there was a message saying I can't log in anymore I need to use a different email. It says don't worry if I don't have one they will show me how to set one up if I click on the link. What the hell is going on here? I am an old lady who has had it drummed into me that you never click on links and give details away! There has been no warning about this or any information as to what or why this is happening. Shame on you virgin media for springing this on me. I was so shocked and confused I closed the page down.
