This issue is happening to me too.Icalled today and she tried to reset it but it just says forbidden now. The lady said she would raise it with the team and id hear something in 4or 5days. Thatll be 2 weeks without emails
Hi Jnroutledge, sorry to hear this. I've had to raise a few similar issues with IT recently, if it's not resolved within 5 working days please let us know so we can investigate further.
Just to let you know my emails are now back - suddenly this morning. It appears my email account was locked due to suspicious activity which I am pleased about. However seeing as the email advising came after it was locked I wasn’t aware.
