I have also had my ntl email address account hacked. I have spoke to the technical team on two occasions but still nothing has been done. Please can someone help?

I can help with this though so don't worry, I can resolve this by deleting the compromised email for you.
Before we go ahead can you please do a virus scan on all devices that have had access to your email please to make sure you're fully protected?
