@AlisonC The VM Forum Team should be able to help you with this when they reach this thread shortly.
They will need to know if the email address concerned is the primary account on your current VM broadband or a secondary account or even an email address from a former account that is now closed.
The possible resolution will be different depending on which senario applies.
