I have been trying to close my old  ntlworld account for 9 months after it was hacked and money stolen from my bank account. I have spoken to about 30 different people got a payment through the ombudsman but the email is still active. The advisor today updated my marketing settings. Can someone please help

@AlisonC  The VM Forum Team should be able to help you with this when they reach this thread shortly.

They will need to know if the email address concerned is the primary account on your current VM broadband or a secondary account or even an email address from a former account that is now closed.

The possible resolution will be different depending on which senario applies.
