Help! I'm in the same situation except I get the same email message ..Mailbox unavailable... on my mobile. I've tried to change passwords to no effect. I am a secondary account holder; the account holder has contacted VM but despite promises to sort things out nothing has changed. Today we were informed that it will be referred to the technical team and this would take 5 working days. My mailbox has been unavailable since Wednesday and I need to be able to get into my emails for work urgently.
