I have the same problem. When I click on emails I get the message ‘ops there is a problem, we will fix it soon. I have been waiting since 9 this morning. I just want to access my emails.

Not the same problem at all based on the description supplied.

Can you confirm that you have a current VM broadband account and that the email account concerned appears as part of the account either under the My Profile tab or the Manage Accounts tab when logged in with the primary user details?
