I’m able to use my email on my Mac ok but on my iPhone and iPad it keeps telling me my password is incorrect. I’ve tried going into settings and entering what I think is the correct password but this doesn’t work. This happened to me a few years ago and I phoned virgin and got help, this is difficult to do at the moment especially as I no longer have a virgin landline. Is there anything I can do myself to fix this?
Hi David I've tried that, to be honest I'm not 100% sure of the password. Nothing seems to be working, I altered something and my Mac isn't receiving emails now whereas it was before. IT not my strong point!
