I changed PC a couple of months ago and every time I try to log into Virgin email I'm presented with the captcha picture and asked to click on the requested images. This happens every time I try to log into email whereas on my old PC I'm rarely asked. Can anyone help?
Change of PC is coincidental. issue is that Virgin Media appear to have lowered the threshold at which point ReCaptcha challenges are triggered and this situation is unlikely to change. To workaround the issue consider:
migrate your email needs over to another email service
use an email client
if appropriate, complete the ReCaptcha audio challenge instead; correctly entering a single word from the spoken phrase is enough to usually pass the challenge
