Problems receiving emails

I suddenly stopped receiving emails on my mobile on 28th April. I can still send them. I am still receiving all emails on my laptop. Please help.

Hi,
Is there any error message?
What Make of mobile phone is it?
Make sure the settings are correct:
imap.virginmedia.com
SSL yes/ticked
Port 993.

No error message.

Samsung J3.

Incoming server is imap4.blueyonder.co.uk which works with laptopn. The virginmedia one can"t be picked up.

Strangely i received the verification email for the virgin community on my mobile but still no others. Not even had an email notification of someone replying to my post.

Is there any error when using the virginmedia servers?
Are you using SSL on the blueyonder settings?

And you have your username for the IMAP server is set to your full email address, for example jdeeming1@blueyonder.co.uk.?
